How To Submit Paper - EasyChair Instructions
Full Papers must be submitted through EasyChair EasyCahir.
Submissions must be pdf files and follow the GIS Ostrava style guidelines. Please use following template in .docx format to produce your paper. The length of all papers is up to 10 pages (if you need additional pages, kindly check this with organisers).
Submissions must include a short abstract (up to 300 words) and up to 5 keywords or phrases. These must be copied into the Abstract and Keywords boxes in EasyChair.
There are no style guidelines for posters.
Please, do not forget, that you need also to register via our registration system.

All submissions will be double blind peer reviewed by two members of the scientific committee or by external experts. All accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings as a part of Lecture Notes in Geoinformation and Cartography Series (Springer) and will be issued after the symposium.
Ethical standards
You are encouraged to read the ethical standards.
Oral presentation
Your presentation should take 15-17 minutes + 5 minutes for following discussion. Data projector and PC with MS Office (ppt or pptx) and Adobe Acrobat Reader will be available. Your presentation is going to be recorded on video. If you need to use your own laptop, please inform staff at registration desk. Using your own laptop is permitted only in special cases.
Upload your presentation at the registration desk not later than during the coffee break before the session where your paper is going to be presented. There will not be CD-ROM, so use USB Flash disk or cloud storage. Wi-Fi internet connection is available in all times and places in conference rooms.
Poster presentation
Your paper can be presented also by poster. Several A0 boards are available. You can choose any of them.
